Production
Raw materials are automatically weighed and mixed in a constant-temp & humidity workshop. Automatic press compacts the mixture, inserts reinforcing mesh and eyelet rings. Programmed hardening oven gradually raises temperature to fully cure resin.

Quality Control
Incoming material inspection, batch sample retention, and finished product full inspection. Each batch is released to warehouse after passing rotational strength, static balance, and grinding performance tests. Data is traceable.

Packaging
Fully automatic packaging line performs sorting, labeling, shrink-wrapping, and cartoning. Ensure clear labeling as per customer requirements. Use custom inner liners and reinforced outer cartons for secure sealing.

Warehousing
5,000m² finished goods warehouse at 18–25°C and 45–65% humidity, with moisture-proof pallets. Products are stored by specification in separate zones, raised off the floor to prevent moisture, and height-limited to prevent crushing.
